Dr Louise Manning, Reader (Associate Professor) in Food Policy and Management has worked for over 30 years in the agri-food supply chain in a range of roles. Her expertise is in the area of the interaction of people, systems and technology in the food supply chain. This includes food safety culture, supply chain governance and integrity, risk communication and enabling stakeholder responsibility. Louise advises both government and corporate businesses on supply chain challenges, opportunities and emerging issues. Louise has published in a range of peer-reviewed journals and regularly writes for trade press and electronic media.
