In many organizations, Quality team and ressources are seen as cost center, this approach through concrete examples of how Quality can contribute to add value, reduce cost while maintaining high food safety standards.
With 6 years’ experience in Godiva, Jean-François is currently responsible to manage and lead Quality and Food Safety systems in EMEA regions. Among responsibilities, this broad definition of quality includes consumer complaints, franchisee quality agreements, supplier approval, quality systems regulations and process engineering. To support him, a focused team of 16 individuals dedicate to doing things “right the first time” while balancing business needs. In order to extend his managerial knowledge, Jean-François is currently completing an MBA at INSEAD.
