Laurent Delhalle has a phD in food microbiology with a specialization in risk analysis in the food chain.
He is a scientific assistant at the Food Science Department of the University of Liège since 2005 and he is the author of numerous publications on the control and the management of pathogens and spoilage bacteria in the food industries.
He has collaborated with different industries to control the safety and microbial quality of food products.
Finally, he has joined Realco in 2018 as a microbiologist to develop several research projects about biofilms in the food process.
