I’m Director for Global Regulatory Affairs, at Arla Foods Ingredients. I’m responsible for Food ingredient policy advocacy and for internal regulatory policy within corporate regulatory affairs.
I have over fifteen years of experience in the food industry, including quality, clinical, and regulatory affairs. During my time as Director for the Global regulatory team I’ve been involved in food ingredient approvals in many parts of the world, such as China, EU, US and Australia. Further, creating market access through governmental affairs relations is a big part of my job, where interactions with e.g. Chinese authorities (SAMR).
I oversees compliance and timing as well as defining and paving the way for government approvals.
I’m chairman of the board for Sedan, the Danish industry association for companies that in Denmark produce or market specially designed foods intended for child nutrition, further a member og SNE (Specialized Nutrition Europe) and ADPI (American Dairy Product Institute)
